Need to compare the contents of two different files or folders? DiffMerge from Sourcegear.com is the way to go. And, thanks to the generosity of Sourcegear.com - it's FREE! I was a little unsure when I read that it was free. Often free software does not measure up - not always, but often. In this case, we have a good piece of freeware that is fully functional and useful. I came upon this program by visiting www.macupdate.com and searching for the keyword "compare." I had a need to compare an employee directory on our Lotus Notes system with a listing from our HR department to search for accounts that should no longer be active. This tool fit the bill quite nicely and I highly recommend it.
