DrawIt Lite

I'm impressed with the interface of a drawing program called DrawIt Lite (free and they sell a Pro version with more features). It features non-destructive editing, live layers, vector tools, and a standard collection of basic shapes tied into a clean, easy to use interface.

To make changes to an image, you just drag attributes into the right pane and the image changes. You can adjust the properties of the attributes once they are in the right pane. It is a cleaver way to edit an image that reminds me of the same method we use to built actions in Automator.

My only negative on this application is that it seems to be in need of some performance tweaking as the response time was a little sluggish on the image I created (click the image in the upper left-hand corner of this post).
