Need a free FTP client? FileZilla is an option for Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems. FileZilla isn't the most Mac-esque application out there for FTP, but it's free and relatively easy to use. It will get the job done for your file transfers. It also gets them done rather quickly. The interface reminds me of Ipswitch's WS_FTP software. FileZilla supports SFTP as well. The features listed on the FileZilla project page are:
