OmniPlan

Need a project management tool? There is the popular Microsoft Project—if you're running Windows . If you're on the Mac platform, there is OmniPlan. I have used OmniPlan to manage the migration of our email system at work from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange (yes, that is another horror story for another day). OmniPlan helped me keep my tasks in line and made it possible for me to project accurate finish dates.

I found OmniPlan easy to use and packed full of features. You can manage resources (human resources) with it, but I did not get into that aspect of it with my project. From OmniGroup's website it states:
