Apple introduced a completely redesigned Mac Mini today. And what a redesign. They have eliminated the power brick with the power supply being built into the machine now, yet the machine is smaller in height at 1.4" as well as being an all aluminum shell with an easy access panel on the bottom where you can take the standard 2GB of RAM and upgrade it all the way to 8GB of RAM. A firewire 800 port can be found on the back along with four USB 2.0 ports and an HDMI port and SD Card slot. The processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz to 2.66 GHz with an NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory. Drive space comes in 320GB or 500GB sizes. The 500GB hard drive comes in a 7200 RPM flavor - if your order the Mac Mini Server.
